SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Submissions to freeSpirited.net.au can take the form of a Business/Website Listing or an Article.
• All submissions must be made under the most relevant category available. New categories are added from time to time and existing submissions will be re-allocated to the most relevant new category as appropriate.
• All submissions MUST NOT:
  • violate the Terms of Service;
  • contain any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or vilifying;
  • harm minors in any way;
  • impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a freeSpirited.net.au official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • contain any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
  • contain any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
  • contain any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose;
  • contain any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  • disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
  • intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
  • "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
  • collect or store personal data about other users. 

• Category: Alternative and Natural Therapies
  • News, Forum based Sites or other Information Services are welcome to submit their site for inclusion, where the predominate topics covered or discussed, relate to Natural Therapy news, issues and information.
  • Partitioners warrant they are qualified and registered to practise the specified therapy, where such qualifications and registrations are legally required.
  • Centres, Clinics, Schools, Colleges, Institutes and Organisations warrant they are registered, where such registrations are legally required.
• Category: Eco-Friendly Products and Services
  • News, Forum based Sites or other Information Services are welcome to submit their site for inclusion, where the predominate topics covered or discussed, relate to environmental news, issues and environmental sustainability.
  • For Products and Services: The product or service is naturally or organically derived or contributes to environmental sustainability, such as, saving water, saving energy, minimising waste or improving ecological biodiversity.
  • For Consultants: The consultant or expert warrants they have key capabilities in the environmental sustainability field and are able to refer to leading projects as examples.
  • For Large Companies: The company warrants they incorporate environmental and ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ principles throughout their daily functions.
  • For a Retail Outlets: The retail outlet warrants they provide a minimum of 75% environmentally sustainable products and services.

• Article submission to freeSpirited.net.au is FREE, however users need to register before submitting articles. Registered users are free to submit as many articles as they like, provided the content meets these guildelines and the Terms of Service for this website. Registered users may post comments on published articles, subject to approval by Directory Staff moderators.
• The article must provide self-contained useful and quality information to the reader. Content submitted which is deemed as overtly or solely advertorial, spamming or using other Black-Hat techniques (i.e. keyword-stuffing) will not be approved and the author may have their account suspended or terminated.
• The author warrants that content submitted is wholly written and owned by them and does not infringe the copyright of any third party. Author's are wholly responisble for the content they submit.
